Franco was great! He was referred to us through a Veteran program and, being as he is a Veteran too, we got along very well. He was very open with us and answered every question. Is the spring selling market still a thing and is March too early?

Usually March is when everybody starts to putting things on the market average time now is about 60 days if it's sitting that long without any action it's because the price of your home is too high so you can take it off the market for a little bit and come back on with a new price and it'll show as a new listing and start the clock all over again

Is my offer too aggressive?

It is hard to say without knowing everything about what's going on with the home, but I would never want to have my clients be without some protection, so removing contingencies may not be the best thing
