Century 21 Beutler & Associates

What I valued the most about Chris is how communicative he was. That is an invaluable trait to have in a realtor! He was also very kind and patient with me throughout the process! I will be recommending him to all of my friends and family!!

Franco was always on the ball. He was helpful, knowledgeable, patient and kind. I was in Real Estate here in Idaho for 22ys. He is the best agent I have worked with by far. I highly recommend him.

Since we live in a different city, when it came time to sell our house we knew we needed an agent we could completely rely on. After searching multiple sites, we chose Chris based on his number of sales and excellent reviewsaEUR"and he exceeded our expectations in every way. Chris provided outstanding service, from beautiful staging to thoughtful marketing and a smart selling strategy. Beyond his professional skill, what impressed us most was his kindness and personal care. To meet the buyers detailed requirements, Chris even handled some maintenance at his own expense. After the sale, he went out of his way to mail us our Wi-Fi routers that were left behind at the house, and he told us it was his gift to congratulate us on selling. What a remarkable young man! He is the best agent we have ever worked with, and we would most highly recommend him to anyone looking for a trustworthy, dedicated, and truly caring real estate professional.

Chris and Staci are absolutely amazing! I truly enjoyed working with them throughout both the buying and selling process. Their expertise, professionalism, and dedication made everything so much easier and less stressful. They were always available to answer questions, provide guidance, and make sure I felt supported every step of the way. I appreciate them both so much and couldn't have asked for a better experience. If you're looking for a fantastic real estate team to help with your next home purchase or sale, I highly recommend Chris and StaciaEUR"you won't regret choosing them!
