About Faith Grant

Whether you are buying or selling, I know that my clients are trusting me with an important part of their lives. For Me, it's not about completing a transaction, it's about helping clients navigate what can be a challenging process. We all have different needs and wants in our homes, don't you want someone to help you fulfill your property dreams and goals? Be honest, does the thought of working with an agent make your cringe? I get it, I've been there too. I know the expectations you have when working with an agent, as I have had those same expectations when I first bought my own home. At heart, I am an old house and old bones kind of gal. Having restored three homes and counting, I have a unique understanding of the working parts of a home, and can help buyers to see the potential in a property. From new construction to homes that need some TLC, I find great joy in helping buyers find their perfect home. On the other side, I am a trusted guide that helps clients navigate the sales process to obtain the best return for their investment. I am an Oklahoma native who has lived all across the U.S. I moved to North Carolina in 2012 and settled in Burlington in 2016. I am a widely respected community leader and serve as President of Preservation Burlington, a local non-profit. I spend my free time restoring my 120-year-old home in the West Davis Historic District of Burlington and investment properties. Preserving historic architecture and building a strong community through service is my goal and passion. I am also a musician with a bachelor's degree from the University of Central Oklahoma and repairs musical instruments. I can play clarinet, flute, oboe, saxophone and can rock a mean c-scale on the piano.

Professional work ethic with down to earth communication skills. . Knowledge of population growth and trends in various markets was helpful. Her willingness to adjust her schedule to meet ours was just what out of town buyer like us needed. It was not always convenient for us to drop everything we were doing to view a home that just came on the market. We lived several states away, and time is of the essence in a sellers market.
