Ernie was incredibly patient as we started navigating the move (we took our sweet time!). The first or second house Ernie showed us, we walked in and within 5 minutes he turned to us and said "I would tell you not to buy this house". At that point we knew this was who we wanted to work with! Ernie has a great eye for spotting what makes a house great and what could cost us a lot of money down the road.
