Working with Erin and her team was an excellent experience. I met Erin a couple of years ago at a party for a mutual friend. She did a great job of networking and staying in contact until I was ready to list my house. I loved working with the Melton Team! My husband and I were first time home buyers and we worked closely with Erin. From the very first moment we spoke and up until closing, she was transparent, let us know exactly what to expect and walked us through each step of the process. Every time we had houses we wanted to view, she would always get us in either on the same day or the very next day. She definately went above and beyond! Lept us updated regularly. Found a plumbing leak that the inspection missed and got the seller to repair it. Also made extra keys for us when she was given just one that didnt work very well.
