EXP Realty LLC

Erin is the real deal. This was our second time working with Erin and her team and we couldnt recommend her more. So communicative, professional and thorough. Id trust her with all my home sales and purchase and hope to do business in the Richmond area with her again one day.

Erin Melton and her team are wonderful. She and her team are very responsive, friendly, and professional. Erin coordinated the entire process of selling our home with enthusiasm and precision. We are extremely happy with the work of Erin and her team.

Erin and her team represent everything that you look for when taking on a home buying process. She was highly recommended from a friend in the industry, with us having no local knowledge. It was one of the best decisions we have made and 11/10 recommend her services.

Erin not only did an excellent job quickly selling our home in N. Chesterfield, but she worked with our agent cross country in California to help us buy our new home there. With her assistance we were able to close escrow on both homes almost simultaneously. Our cross country move was much less difficult because of Erin's help.
