We were caught by surprise when we had to search for a home for our two family household. We presented to her with all our information and our background and she had immediately had us talking to an amazing loan processor. We were given our price range and then Elisa immediately started going through our list of houses on which on the market and getting us right in. Everyday I was sending Elisa houses and she replied back to us quickly on the status of the houses. When we saw the first house together she was friendly, upbeat, knowledgeable, and had an eye for what we were looking for. She felt like a friend from the beginning. We had trouble finding a house that would fit our needs. We saw a few that would fit but didnt give us the room we needed. After the second house we saw Elisa had a feel of what we were looking for. I would send her houses and she would advise us that she had seen or looked at the house and didnt think it was quite big enough. It was so enjoyable looking at these houses with her. We then saw three terrible houses that were not what we thought they would be one day. Elisa was even disappointed with us. It was amazing to have someone who cared as much as we did. We then found a house we really wanted and put a bid in and unfortunately they were not ready to move for two months past when we wanted. At that time two houses in a different area had come up and she presented them to us. We all like these options and thought they were beautiful, but were feeling pretty down. The next day we had a viewing of both houses. The first house was okay, but not really what we were hoping for. So we drove the second location. Still feeling down that nothing seemed to fit. We pulled up and she had already been in the house and talked to the realtor. She looked at us and told us that she felt this was the one. The house was beautiful. And it believe or not it was the one! From that moment on she helped us with each step of the housing process and gave us many helpful tips. She was great with helping us decide on negotiations and everything with the house. She had kept up with us through the whole process till closing date. Even after closing date she checked in with us to see if we were still feeling good. I can not say enough on how helpful she has been. How thoughtful, kind, and caring she has been throughout the whole process. We can not say thank you enough for everything. You will not regret choosing her as your realtor. She will help you with anything and go over and beyond for you. We love our house! Elisa feels like family.

Elisa helped day in and day out to find the perfect home for me, and once selected, she worked even harder with the rest of the process all the way to the closing. She had very good advice while writing the offer, and negotiated very well on my behalf with the seller to get to a price we were both happy with. She also was able to connect me with great contacts along the way for inspections, mortgage, etc. Although I hope not to move any time soon, I would use Elisa in a heartbeat the next time around if pursuing anything in MA or NH and would highly suggest her to anyone looking in the area.

ZillowVERIFIED So my husband and I put poor Elisa through hell. We had her running around checking availability, booking appointments, viewing houses and checking comps in such a short time. She handled it like a warrior! She was professional and worked diligently. Elisa looked out for our best interest when we had some issues with some of the sellers we encountered. We looked at dozens of houses over a short time span as we had a tight deadline to move in. At times where I wanted to give up, she re-assured us that we will find a place to my liking. I honestly felt bad for her because I started getting pickier towards the end. After viewing so many houses, you take away pieces that you like and try to come up with this ideal house for your choosing. But you wont find everything you are looking for right away. We were lucky enough that she kept up with us and we actually found a house that we thought was perfect. Elisa put up with my husbands dry humor and my crazy personality. That says a lot. Not to mention she works well with kids, as we had to bring along my young ones, that can be a handful. I cant thank her enough!
