I was scheduling appointments from out of state, and he was able to quickly set up bookings for the short trips I made up to Boston and often at very short notice. He also suggested a place that was just put on the market and had unimpressive photos, but encouraged me to see it. I'm so glad I did because it ended up being the apartment I bought! In the month around closing he was very helpful in keeping me informed and advising me on negotiations, all of which paid off!
