ZillowVERIFIEDI rented 219 E High St in Coaldale for over 2 and a half years and had to deal with these people the whole time because the landlord wanted to collect a check but not deal with tenants. After living there for 2 years they sent me a bill for 2 years worth of supposed accrued late fees, over $900 worth. My rent was always paid so I told them I disagreed I owed the fees. They sent me a self created spreadsheet "showing" where I was late as "proof." I never heard anything else about it until about 8-9 months later when they kept my security deposit for late fees and sent me a bill for the remaining amount. Let's ignore the fact that I was a model tenant, no issues, cleaned the place top to bottom upon moving out, paid my rent and didn't bill them for not fixing the leak in the roof near the basement that damaged all my stuff in that room or MY fridge that broke after a year and a half because the floor is sloped in the kitchen or the stuff under the kitchen sink that got ruined because whoever did the pipes didn't screw the one connector on all the way. And the kicker is the neighbors all told me the landlord used to let previous tenants live there without paying rent for months before kicking them out so they decided to go through new day to get better tenants and not have to deal with tenant issues. I would have stayed longer if it wasn't for new day realty. You're better off living in a box before you rent through these people.

With him I had a very short budget and he stuck with it and helped me find all types of different places to look at. He was always available at my weird scheduled times and he was quick to respond whenever I had questions. He helped me find a house and closed within 2 weeks (we looked at SEVERAL places), he didnt even complain when I asked to see the same place multiple times (which I ended up buying). I have a few friends that are going to be looking for homes in the near future and I highly recommended him!!
