I have to admit to being very disappointed with the service I received. After signing the papers to purchase the new home (Which I actually found myself), I never heard from Donna again. Never offered to help in any way and did not even send a simple text or email congratulating me on my closing. This seems extremely unprofessional. This house was over $700k, so the commission was very nice. Other realtors I questioned about this stated it is NOT acceptable behavior from an agent.

As out -of-state buyers not very familiar with the Sarasota-Bradenton area, we were most impressed with the local knowledge of the Soda Group. There are a plethora of communities/neighborhoods from golf course to beaches to choose. Donna was the consummate professional in showing us properties in neighborhoods that met our expectations. After narrowing our search, the Soda Group was most helpful in the negotiation process. They provided us with detailed information on neighborhood home sales to assist us in pricing offers. Once the offer was accepted, they provided us with a list of home inspectors to insure against any unforeseen issues. They made sure we understood the closing process and timeline. The Soda Group responded promptly to our questions concerning HOAs, property taxes, utility services, etc. We highly recommend Jim & Donna and will be our realtor of choice.

Did an excellent job. Great marketing ideas. Great communication. Great follow up. House was for sale for 8 months with another realtor and not a single offer. Her strategy brought significantly more showing and traffic. Sold the house in about 2 months. Resale market in this area is difficult due to new construction. Would recommend Laura Stavola to anyone especially if you are in the Lakewood Ranch area in Sarasota Florida.
