Denise did a great job in selling our second home. She was readily available to answer questions and responded promptly. This was a second home, nearly 400 mile away from our primary home, it was important that we set up a weekly communication plan with her to keep us aware of the showings, feedback from potential buyers and general market trends. I would recommend Denise as an agent, she is familiar with the market area and can get the job done!

I was kind of hesitant to put my house on the market thru a realtor but Denise Anderson was/is the best at what she does. She was there for me thru everything. When I texted or emailed her, she responded right away. Thank you, Denise for helping me sell my home fast.

ZillowVERIFIED Denise is a professional agent with follow thru qualities which impressed us greatly. Her personality and total honesty with her clients are to be commended and I would recommend her to anyone at any time. As an ole geezer of 74, I might also comment that she's really cute!

ZillowVERIFIED Denise is the best. She sold our property for more than what we actually thought it was worth. She was very knowledgeable about the area. This was very important to us because we were selling from out of state. She was very patient and responsive.

ZillowVERIFIED Denise & I worked together over a long period of time to find the perfect home. She is extremely dedicated, honest & diligent. These are very important factors as some agents don't operate with such genuine motivations. She listens with a client-centered desire to help people find their right home. With many local options, and some which may seem more popular, for representation - I am so grateful that Denise was my agent. If you are trying to determine who to work with, please contact Denise as you will receive very detailed, personal & timely professional guidance.

ZillowVERIFIED Househunting, selling, and all things associated with one of the most important decisions people will ever make is not to be entrusted to anyone less than the absolute best realtor to be found. Denise Anderson is just such a person! She is extremely knowledgable, works tirelessly for her clients, and settles for nothing less than the best possible service she can provide. She goes to great lengths to not only learn what her client is looking for, and then finding it, she actually takes the time and effort to assure every potential detail or pitfall is addressed. From start.to finish, you will find no better realtor or person to handle your home sale or purchase. We were not only incredible impressed with her dedication and drive, we were equally happy to, throughout the process and beyond, be treated as and call her a friend. She made our home search and purchase the best experience we've had in more than a dozen moves! If you want the best, Denise is certainly one to put at the top of your list of realtors, and just plain great people!

ZillowVERIFIED We were initially hesitant about listing with a realtor, as we had had a "less than pleasant" experience with a realtor in the past. Denise put our concerns to rest, and was very pleasant and professional in all she did. She was always available to answer any questions we had, and followed up on things in a timely manner. Her expertise and insight were a great asset, and we were extremely pleased with the way she dealt with any issues that surfaced. We have no regrets in taking her on as our agent, and would highly recommend her.

ZillowVERIFIED Well informed, great personality, resourceful, always returned our phone calls. Would highly recommend Denise as a resource for buying/selling a home. Needed someone to sell my mothers home last summer, she came along at the right time gave us peace of mind. Addressed several legal issues that were promptly and professionally resolved. Confidentiality was a matter of importance for my wife and I, she certainly fulfilled her obligations on this matter. Looking forward to working with her in the near future to assist with my son first home buying adventure!
