ZillowVERIFIEDSpeechless! My wife and I do not even know where to begin expressing how impressed we are with Cyndi Johnson. Long story short we ended up with two houses in the same town. The simple solution would be to sell one house and keep the other right? Well, actually not because we needed more space some kind of seriously. We called Ms. Cyndi up and asked for her professional advice. She is a genius, to say the least. She listed one house and sold it the same week. Then she found us a new home with more space, so we immediately made an offer on it. I knew that we needed to sell the other home to be in a position to truly afford the larger house, but I did not have to worry because I had faith in Cyndi. Just days after she listed our second home it sold after the second showing. Oh did I mention that both homes sold for right at the asking price! If I had to pick one great quality about Ms. Cyndi to highlight it would be her commitment to communication through the process. You are never left in the dark! She will have your back. You cannot go wrong hiring this awesome lady.
