I started out with a couple of other agents who showed either no interest in assisting and working with me or just didn't want the work. I even found the agent I liked and we moved forward with her agreeing to be my agent. After about two months she basically told me she could not help me nor did she try. When I met Courtney and told her what I have been through and the route I decided to go, she was there from the beginning until the (I would say end but she is still here for me). After informing Courtney this was all new for me, She stepped up and took control of everything come to think about it there was nothing for me to do maybe sign some docs. Smooth sailing is what it really was and when I closed on my land 01/10/2022 (YAY) I felt a little sad like I was about to lose my best friend until Courtney said: (ReGina this is not over, the closing is but you are stuck with me forever).
