Cory and his team did an incredible job helping us get our property staged and on the market. The marketing and presentation were phenomenal, and the property was under contract in less than 4 weeks. Through the entire process Cory was in constant communication, and he handled the negotiations calmly, courteously, and smoothly. Our house sold so quickly it caught us off guard, and consequently we needed to find a new home quickly (we were downsizing). We used Cory as a buyers agent as well, and he understood our needs perfectly and lined up several houses for us to look at that fit the parameters we specified, so very shortly we had several viable options to choose from and were able to pick the one that worked for us.
