Kiera was very knowledgeable with answers to every question I and my husband had going through the first time ever process of selling our home. She knows the market and how to price a home to sell. She is very adept at technology and sending us all the documents we needed to sign. She made the entire process easy and seamless and understandable to us. Taylor was incredible. We contacted Taylor to help us find what is truly our dream home. We saw the home go on the market on a Tuesday and Taylor was able to line us up with a showing before the open house. There was a "first and best" offer deadline one week after it hit the market and before the open house was over, Taylor had submitted our offer to the seller. She gave us strong advice on how to craft the offer and was in continual contact keeping us abreast as we crafted it and submitted it. She made what is the hardest part of home buying- having an offer accepted- an absolute breeze. She kept our stress down and instilled confidence and educated us about the entire process. Once the offer was accepted, Taylor was with us all the rest of the way- keeping us fully in the loop throughout the inspection, attorney work, deeding and signing. It felt to us like we weren't hardly doing anything until the moment we showed up to close the loan because Taylor was so instrumental in coordinating the lender, sellers and attorneys. I can't recommend Taylor enough. She is fun to work with, responsive, communicative and has such excitement for her buyers. She has the contacts in the area to make all of the logistical pieces like inspections and legal work go smoothly. We are totally impressed and absolutely so grateful that Taylor was able to make this dream happen.

Keira was not only my realtor throughout such a tough process and market but she was my rock throughout it all. I tried giving up so many times stressed with being pregnant and the tough market but she never let me and gave me nothing but encouragement throughout the whole ordeal. We ended up finding our dream home and closing thanks to her and I couldnt be more thankful for her help allowing us to raise our son in a wonderful home. She goes above and beyond, making friends with the sellers agent and even writing a letter on the buyers behalf to encourage the sellers and the agent to be more willing to accept our offer. Shes been a dream to work with and has made every step of the way possible, weve worked with other realtors in the past years and no one has ever came close to comparing to her. Shes phenomenal, dedicated and completely transparent through everything. Shes up day and night to answer phone calls, texts, emails and always on the ball. She helped me find a mortgage lender, inspectors, an attorney and even provided support through it all. 10/10 the best realtor around and Thats a high praise coming from someone who doesnt approve of many people.
