I tried to sell my rental property FSBO for months but it just wasn't happening. Chris and I spoke about my needs and he came out to meet me the next day. COMMUNICATION. That was the most important thing I needed to have a great working relationship. I have spoken to Chris multiple times a week through the whole process. His communication deserves an A+++. Chris is BY FAR the most communicative, organized and effective realtor I have EVER worked with. Throughout the process where he coordinated fairly priced repairs, inspections and closing attorneys he was always responsive and communicative. I will tell you IMO that too many realtors work to get your listing but do little with it, that isn't Chris. Communication and responsiveness are high priorities for me- Chris delivered at an extraordinary level on both- and yes, he sold the home quickly and at a price above list. He even provided reminders of what to do as we approached closing and gave me a list of utility providers so I could transfer services. After a frustrating couple of experiences trying to sell over the previous two years, we reached out to Chris to see what he could do, after he had been reaching out randomly trying to earn our business for a while. A lot of agents do that, but his techniques were a little more focused and direct than the random cold-calling you sometimes get. We decided to hear him out. He came in and did a super professional presentation on the wide variety of free services that he and his office offered, and we were pretty impressed, so we decided to see what he could do. It couldn't have been easier. His interior designer was awesome, the pictures were great, the video was great, his listing timing and plan was great, and we ending up getting a contract on day 1 of our listing after over two years of frustration. Just wish we would have known him sooner. I'm not sure what agent experiences you have had before, but I can promise you that he will work harder for you than any other agent you have ever had. He clearly is super invested in his profession and cares about what he does. Highly, highly recommended.
