Working with Katrina was one of the best decisions me and my husband made during- the home buying journey. From the very beginning, she was incredibly response & kept us informed every step of the way. When we first started out we were tossed around to different lenders (at no fought of Katrinas) we got tired of being tossed around so we asked Katrina to find us a MD lender and she not only found us a lender but she found us an amazing lender just as GREAT as she is. She truly made the homebuying process feel manageable and much less overwhelming. She is an outstanding negotiator and truly fights for her clients. Throughout the entire process she she wasnt just focused on making a sale- she genuinely cared about helping us find the right home. She listened to what we wanted, respected our needs, and NEVER once made us feel pressured. One of the things we loved most about Katrina is her positive energy. On the days we felt discouraged Katrina knew exactly how to lift our spirits and keep us motivated to continue searching for our forever home. By the end of the process she felt like more than just a real estate agent to us- she had became a friend.

Asheley Tuck guided my family through the process of purchasing a second home and we could not have done it without her. She is competent in all areas, warm and an excellent guide.

We had the best time buying our dream home, and it's all thanks to Katrina Benjamin! She was an incredibly professional real estate agent who made the entire experience exciting and fun. From our initial search to closing day, she was with us every step of the way. Katrina's negotiation skills are truly impressive, and her attention to detail meant nothing was overlooked. She truly understood what we were looking for, was always available when we needed her, and provided excellent recommendations for inspectors and other service providers. She is completely trustworthy, and we can't recommend her highly enough!

Catherine and Amy were were wonderful throughout our home buying process. We had the pleasure of working with both of them and they were kind, thoughtful, and oh so patient with us. Searching for a house while living in another state can add extra stress to an already stressful situation, but they were so wonderful at helping to ease all our anxieties and truly made the process easy and enjoyable. Catherine and Amy were happy to do virtual tours for us and shared their honest opinions on each of the many houses we saw. They helped us write offers for multiple houses and advised us along the way, while remaining respectful of all our decisions even when we chose to go a different way. Jaclyn was amazing throughout the closing process as well. The three of them make an amazing team and I cannot praise them enough. We will absolutely look to work with them in the future and I highly recommend that anyone looking to buy or sell a home should consider working with them as well!

Catherine has guided me through two sales and purchases and I have consistently been impressed by her responsiveness and ability to make a stressful time seem comparatively easy. I would highly recommend her services to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and helpful agent!
