I must say that it was a great recommendation as our experience with Cherie was excellent. Cherie answered all of our questions from the first day we met until closing. Even though we had already moved all of our furnishing's out of the home, Cherie listed our home showing virtual furnishings giving prospective buyers a feeling how the home would looked furnished. ZillowVERIFIED We were trying to sell a piece of land we had for quite some time. We went through two other real estate agents before we found Cherie. We felt that it was day and night versus the other realtors. The biggest thing we liked was communication. She kept us in the loop as to what was happening. When we had questions she responded quickly, this was our biggest problem with past realtors. Cherie thought out side the box when the land wasn't moving by going to a home builder and having them draw up a model. By showing it on the land, potential buyers could better conceptualize what could be, versus just empty land. Shortly after we received two offers and the land was sold. If your looking for a good, honest and hard working realtor, look no further then Cherie Gottshall. We would most definitely use Cherie for any future real estate sales.

ZillowVERIFIED To say that my wife and I are happy that we used Cherie to buy and then sell our home would be an understatement. Cherie initially helped us buy a home in Shenandoah a year and a half ago that was by far the nicest property within our price range. We found ourselves in a three-way bidding war which Cherie helped us win while still paying a very fair price. A year and a half later, my wife found employment in Harrisburg so I sent Cherie a text asking her to sell the house and everything felt like it was on auto-pilot from that point forward. Within a week, she had a photographer in the house. A few days after that, it was on the market. Six days later, we had two offers, both significantly above the price we had paid for it just a year and a half prior. Because the offer we accepted was cash, we found ourselves sitting at closing just sixteen days after she initially put he house on the market. This entire process went better than I would have dared let my self imagine. Cherie also makes great use of the technology available to her. Before closing, my wife and I were able to sign off on everything electronically through email which was super convenient. I remarked to my wife just after selling the house that the first time I had communicated with Cherie using my actual vocal cords was at settlement. Everything else was through email and text messages up to that point. I cannot recommend her more highly. She made the potentially painful and frustrating processes of buying and selling feel easy. We are very thankful.

Cherie showed us the house in 2015 after her acknowledgement of the property and because she had history of the home from when people lived in it and after. We purchased the home and unfortunately had to sell it after a year working on it. There was no one else i wanted to call because why would you want to find someone unfamiliar with the property and yourself. Cherie was very helpful in recommending local contractors to do some work, all of whom were professional and provided good value. Her recommendation of doing a prelisting inspection allowed some hidden issues to be found and corrected before putting the house on the market.
