Iron Valley Real Estate Space Coast

Cherie is the best of what a Realtor should be: attentive, organized, patient, and flexible to the changes of the market and our particular situation. Despite how busy she is (since she is a great Realtor and therefore in demand), when she was showing us houses or talking on the phone with us, she was always focused on us. She made us feel like her most important clients. I can't say enough nice things about her and strongly recommend her if you need a Realtor in her market.

Thank you Cheri Gottshall, and your husband, for working so hard in everything that came your way,MY home definitely was a hard sale, location location lol,but you got the job done,5 stars on everything ,you definitely were made for your job.If looking at her reviews, and needed a top notch lady, she is the one.

Cherie was amazing while assisting me with the purchase of my first home. As a first-time homebuyer, I was nervous and skeptical of being taken advantage of throughout the process, and she ensured that didn't happen. She kept an open line of communication with me and kept me well informed every step of the way. With her expertise and experience, I was able to use my VA benefits and buy my home with no money down, secure a great deal, and I was able to avoid being leveraged even in a seller's market.

So happy to have Cherie as my realtor. With her expertise, I had no worries. She worked hard over every aspect of the sale. Always looking out for what was best for me and keeping me well informed.

Cherie is one of a kind. Shes very friendly, very kind, and knowledgeable. Throughout the whole selling process shes proven herself and what she is capable of. If you are looking for a realtor, or broker you really should reach out to her. She can help you whether its buying, selling, or renting. She even does market Evals too. I cant say enough about her. Thank you so much Cherie.
