I first started my real estate career in 2015, after attaining a business management degree, and proceeding to renovate and resale a single family home. This first home flip began a stretch of ecommerce and entrepreneurial activities before COVID began. Once COVID started I realized I needed to make a significant change to my future. I began renting out my home and realized how much I appreciated the simplicity of the real estate business. The same simplicity I bring to my clients with data driven analysis to give you peace of mind during a transaction. After renting my home, I began scaling my efforts through a BRRRR real estate investment strategy.
