Annie did an outstanding job with the sale of our home! She even got 30K over asking price! She was always responsive, nice to work with, and professional. I highly recommend Annie to anyone selling their home in the Twin Cities.

Joseph was so helpful in the search for my new home. He was patient with me starting and stopping the process, he responded very quickly to all of my questions and concerns. He was very helpful and fun to work with. It was my first time going through this process by myself and it was great having Joseph's knowledge of construction, home mechanicals and all the other things that go into looking for a home.

Annie is the best. Priced and marketed our townhome, in a saturated market, and got us a good offer in record time compared to others. Went through the trenches with us looking for houses, with all the ups and downs that come with it. Then when the rubber met the road with HOA problems Annie's expertise and perseverance shone through. We thought we were never going to move into our dream home, but Annie didn't let us down. Annie is a true professional. Couldn't recommend her enough.

Crystal is an amazing agent, she tirelessly helped me in the pursuit of finding the right home, her knowledge is unmatched. And she also helped negotiate an amazing deal that I could not turn down. I would recommend her to anyone, and I will continue to use her in the future as my real estate agent.

Steven did an amazing job explaining the process of everything. He has great communication skills! Gave great recommendations about changing certain stuff around the house. Would definitely recommend to everyone else.if
