He thoroughly walked me through every step of the process from A to Z, making sure that we not only covered everything, but also that I fully understood all of it. Whenever I had any thought, question, or hesitation, Brad would make sure to walk me through it and tackle it together. He was also always readily available whenever I needed him, which gave me peace of mind and made for a smooth process. Not only does Brad have an extensive knowledge of all the fine details throughout any contract, but he also brings a unique perspective with his eye for design and knowledge of the local/surrounding areas. He was always candid with us and told us his thoughts, which really helped a lot since we're not professionals.And we didn't live in the area either, so he was able to preview the homes for us with videos and his feedback was always the best part. Brad also saved us money in a hot market. I wanted to keep offering aggressive bids, and he spotted an opportunity in the last house we made an offer on to save money. He ended up saving us on both sides of the deal with closing concessions and price. And he never got frustrated viewing tons of homes and about a dozen bids because of the hot market. Then, after both sides ratified the agreement, Brad's team was able to coordinate all the necessary appointments and completely handled everything while we were still out of town. They say buying a house is hard, but Brad made it seem really easy. If I ever buy/sell another house in the area, we'd be lucky to use Brad's services again.
