Connexa Real Estate

We worked with Brad Cohen, based on a recommendation from one of my colleagues, and we do not regret it! He is fantastic to work with. He listened to our needs, was responsive and always available to us. He showed us homes that we would not have looked at without him and it was incredibly helpful at narrowing what we wanted and needed. The processes of finding a home and closing on it were smooth thanks to his support. We highly recommend him!

Brad is excellent not just professionally but personally. Open and effective communication, diligence and trust were the main ingredients in our selling process. No stars can measure his ability to engage with the client and work together as a team. Having Brad as your realtor is the best decision you can make for either selling your house or getting the help you need to buy one.

Working with Brad Cohen of Connexa Realty was an absolute pleasure from start to finish. When we began our home search, we had a completely different vision than where we ultimately landed, and Brad was with us every step of the way as that vision evolved. He offered timely, insightful suggestions that helped us think differently and make decisions with confidence. Brad is the perfect combination of patience, expertise, and heart. He was always generous with his time, deeply knowledgeable about the market, and incredibly well connected. We used several of the vendors he recommended, and we were completely satisfied with the results. Its clear he truly cares about his clients. He even finalized our contract while participating in a multi-day charity golf tournament! What stood out most was how client first Brad is. He consistently put our needs and comfort at the forefront, providing honest, protective advice that made us feel supported and informed. We never once felt rushed or pressured, only guided by someone who wanted the best for us. Were so grateful for his partnership and couldnt recommend him more highly to anyone looking for an expert, trustworthy, and genuinely caring realtor.

Brad was wonderful to work with from start to finish! We ended up purchasing the very first house we looked at and absolutely love it! Brad listened to all of our concerns and questions, gave phenomenal advice while negotiating and we were able to move into our dream home less than 20 days later.

We were selling our house while living out of state and Brad Cohen with Connexa Real Estate took care of everything for us. He was truly full service and I could not recommend him more. The process of selling a house from hours away is stressful and Brad removed every concern we had about the process and walked us through every offer to bring us to a sale of our house at a great price!
