Emma is an absolute rock star! To be honest, I was a little apprehensive when I first met her because she was this sweet, soft spoken young woman, but she came highly recommended by my previous agent who I lovedaEUR| but Emma quickly put my apprehension to shame! She is a tiger! I had a difficult and confusing situation after finding a house I loved, having to get the home I was in sold in a very short amount of time, for top dollar to make the contract work. Emma did it ALL like a complete pro. She did everything, going way above and beyond. She did an amazing job listing my house and telling me exactly what to do to prepare it for showings, worked with the buying agents, and I had multiple offers over asking price within a few days! At the same time she was negotiating the details of house I was buying, setting up inspections and explaining everything to me so I always knew what was going on. I ended up in my dream home with cash to spare! really cant say enough good things about Emma and HIGHLY recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sale a home!
