ZillowVERIFIED Top of the line realtor with lots of experience, knowledge, and know how. He kept our interest in mind in every step of the way and communication is his best and biggest virtue. We were able to close in under a month. He also did a great job in terms of price selection and negotiations. Very resourceful and smart realtor.

ZillowVERIFIED Avil was awesome, and landed us our dream house. He was very patient with us (it took us one year and 30-40 houses to see before choosing this house).

ZillowVERIFIED Avil recently helped sell our property. Working with him was a great experience. During our first meeting he came prepared and explained to us the real estate market and gave us his recommendations. Being out of town, we appreciate that he helped arrange to do the home inspection and taking pictures of the property. Avil walked us through every step of the way, was always very responsive by text and very flexible with his schedule when we needed to meet with him. We were able to sell our property in a short amount of time. We needed an agent that we can trust and Avil delivered in every aspect.

ZillowVERIFIED Easy to work with, great negotiator, nice person. We hired him upon interviewing several others, but had no personal recommendations to go on. We were very happy with the level of service, marketing, advising, and how he handled the sale. Would definitely use him again. Thanks Avil!

ZillowVERIFIED This was my first time buying a home. Avil made the process extremely enjoyable and educational. He was able to teach me everything from how filtering through online listings to the documentation process during closing. Even when looking at home he would point the subtleties that we should look at for repairs, improvements/addition ideas, or just appreciation of the craftsmanship so that we could grow our knowledge. We would highly recommend Avil to anyone looking for a place in the bay area; he understands the market and neighborhoods very well. I will definitely still ping Avil whenever I have a question about the home we were able to get with his help.

ZillowVERIFIED Avil was my selling agent when I was selling my condo in 2020. Avil advised me on what to do with the property before listing: light touch up and not major ones. Hes careful not prescribing anything that is not necessary to sell the condo. He also referred me to contractors and staging company that work with him so I wouldnt need to work with multiple party. Ive had great experience with Avil, hes an honest agent (saying things as they are even when we might not like to hear it), hard worker, reliable communicator and skillful negotiator. We kind of hit a snag with buyers lender but Avil managed to work things out, thank you Avil! All in all, will surely work with Avil again in the future, highly recommended!

ZillowVERIFIED I highly recommend working with Avil for your home buying needs. My cousins family worked with Avil in the past to buy and sell their property and had a great experience so they connected him with us. We had an initial phone call with Avil and found him to be extremely professional and knowledgeable. He was very frank and told us that, if at any point in the process we felt uncomfortable working with him (for whatever reason), he would not be offended if we decided to work with another agent. He made it very clear that he understood the importance of working with a buyer agent that you whole-heartedly trust during the home buying process. Avil quickly earned our trust and we were very fortunate to have worked with him. There are many outstanding qualities Avil has that made our home buying process a smooth one. He is extremely tenacious and constantly followed up with our loan officer, the seller agent, and the title company to make sure any hiccups caused by COVID-19 were properly addressed. He followed up with us frequently and kept us informed. We appreciated that our home showing visits were extremely efficient - he would check out all the crucial parts of the house first (foundation, load bearing walls, roofing, etc) before focusing on the more superficial parts. In fact, we were able to visit an average of 4-5 homes per weekend day and never felt rushed in any point of the process. Hes very patient and always had the time to answer our endless questions no matter how basic they were. He would ask us insightful questions to get us thinking through what we did/did not consider a dealbreaker. He was always willing to jump on a call to talk strategy and explain his thought process. We only made one offer during this entire process and, thanks to Avil, it was accepted. After we bought our house, he checked in on us a few times to see if we had any questions and make sure we had no issues settling in. We are extraordinarily grateful that Avil made the entire home buying process (during a pandemic too!) as smooth for us as he did.

ZillowVERIFIED Where do I start, we just had our daughter and on top of that trying to sell our home. We met with many agents that came to the house and tried to find out that would be the best match. Three agents later we meet Avil, he comes in with a smile very professional and presents comps and very helpful worksheets so we can understand the market. Ding ding! For us who have no idea what it entails to sell a home we were already impressed. Avil was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful even though we asked numerous questions. He told us what to do to get top dollar and checked in with us every step of the way. The day we were supposed to take photos and list were incredibly timely. When it came to open house we had it the weekend we listed we were doing last minute items when Avil arrived he rolled up his sleep got the leaf blower and rake and helped us with the outside. He is an honest hard working agent and most of all he gets the job done. We put the house on the market and sold in four days. Avil is patient caring and kind. I have already recommended him numerous times and will definitely be a repeat customer. We are very thankful how many people can say they have a newborn and got a house sold stress free in four days. Thank you Avil!

ZillowVERIFIED As a first time homebuyer, I was not familiar with any logistics of the purchase process but Avil was definitely there to walk me through everything. He provided great advice, whether it was about particular neighborhoods; costs of repairs; or how to work with the lenders, he always offered his advice in a very objective and helpful manner. Avil is professional, knowledgeable, a good negotiator, and has an amazing commutation skill. He went above and beyond communicate with all realtors, appraisers, and mortgage consultants making sure the sale process was smooth and keeping both parties happy. I would like to sum this review up by saying; I am a happy new homeowner. Thank you, Avil!
