Working with Avil was fantastic. Avil is reliable, professional and very responsive. I was impressed by his knowledge and thoughtful advices. I could not have imagined a better service and outcome.

Avil is very communicative and available! It was super easy to communicate with him! It was an amazing experience working with him! He always provided feedback on places we were interested in seeing with his expertise and brought to our attention very important details that we had missed! He puts the taste and the interest of the buyer first while making sure they don?t commit to a purchase if it?s not a great deal!

Avil is an excellent agent. I have experience purchasing properties before and Avil is very knowledgeable. Most importantly he is always on top of things and updates me frequently through out the process.

Top of the line realtor with lots of experience, knowledge, and know how. He kept our interest in mind in every step of the way and communication is his best and biggest virtue. We were able to close in under a month. He also did a great job in terms of price selection and negotiations. Very resourceful and smart realtor.
