We moved from out of state so we had a five day timeframe for when we were in town and able to find a house. We had already sold ours and needed to find a house within those five days. Art must have cleared his schedule for those few days because he was available to meet us and show us around every house we wanted to see. Knowing how precious our time was and what we were looking for, he steered us away from homes that we suggested that he knew wouldnt work and explained why. He also told us about jokes we didnt see on Zillow ahead of time. We did find a house in those few days and art spent the next several months negotiating around sales price, home inspections, and septic tank issues. He was also fighting for our best interest knowing we really wanted this house and we were also in a time crunch. Wed definitely use art again:)

Art was great we sold the house very quickly and everything went very smooth. It was hard since it was my childhood home and I did not want to let it go but had no choice. He was very understand with everything and took that mine and my brothers feelings into consideration.
