    About Anna Wiseman

Anna Wiseman graduated with honors from Meredith College, receiving a Bachelor of Science degree. Soon after graduation, Anna returned home to Lincoln County and became a licensed North Carolina Real Estate Broker. Being a lifelong resident of Lincoln County, Anna has witnessed the growth and change in the area. Using a local agent gives you an undeniable advantage in navigating the fluctuating real estate market. Unlike other agents Anna understands the importance of specializing in her local market. Even though she can sell anywhere in NC she feels it's irresponsible of an agent to list and sell homes outside their area of expertise. Since 2005 Anna has been specializing in the areas of Lincoln County, Lake Norman, Gaston and Catawba Counties. Anna focuses locally, and has the backing of RE/MAX, an international brand. This enables her to tap into the vast resources to hone her marketing, negotiating and professional skills. RE/MAX also enables her to reach an unlimited supply of buyers worldwide. Anna's exceptional abilities in photography and technology allow her to present her clients homes unlike any other agent in the marketplace. She also provides her buyer clients with the very latest tools to help them locate and secure the perfect home. Anna's real estate career is her primary professional focus. Anna's efforts have earned her many accolades including Lincoln County REALTOR of the Year, RE/MAX Hall of Fame Recipient, RE/MAX Executive Club, RE/MAX 100% Club, and RE/MAX Platinum Club, RE/MAX Chairman's Club and RE/MAX Lifetime Achievement Award.. Anna continues to be one of the top producing agents in the area. Giving back to her community is important to her. She has served in numerous leadership roles in both professional and civic organizations. In the rare event she is not working Anna enjoys spending time with family and friends. Her favorite activities include tennis, golf, church, gardening and traveling. In the local area you can find a variety of housing, from historic downtown homes to waterfront living; new home communities to farms. All of these have their unique challenges and benefits and Anna can help you navigate through them all. Over 90% of Anna's business comes from previous clients and referrals, but her door is always open to new clients.

Anna listed a house that we intended to purchase. After 2 days of negotiation, we agreed on terms and we sent the final paperwork over at 8:27 on Sunday. At 10 am Monday, she said they had received another offer and asked us to renegotiate when we should have been under contract. Be very careful dealing with her. She does not negotiate in good faith.

Anna was very knowledgeable about the area when it came to buying a home. When we listed ours, she knew exactly how to price it and what to change aesthetically to make it the most attractive to other buyers. Anna had our home under contract in less than 2 days.
