She went above and beyond when a storm came through and a tree landed on our deck. She was able to arrange for a local tree contractor to remove the tree for the showings despite them being very busy due to the storm. She kept us informed all throughout the closing process. This is the second time with used Anna and Northwest Reality and highly recommend them.
