Great Realtor! Great Staff! We tried to sell 2 homes at 3106 and 3108 East Marshall St. at least 4 other times but we were never successful until we chose Lynchpin! In November 2020 we asked several local real estate companies to offer aEURoebids" on how they would market the homes. Lynchpin stole our hearts with their kindness and satisfied our need to move the homes quickly even though they did not try to buy the deal with low rates or high prices. Their bid was exactly where they needed to be in terms of pricing and we sold both; 3106 in about a month and 3108 in less than 2 weeks. We are incredibly grateful to Amy, Catherin, and their colleagues at Lynchpin and are confident they will do a good job for anyone that needs to buy or sell a home in the Richmond area. During our planning to move to Richmond from the DC area, Catherine and Amy were recommended to me by our Keller Williams team in Reston. Catherine was available to us most of the time, but Amy was always there if there were any scheduling conflicts. Catherine and Amy both have an amazing understanding of homes and neighborhoods throughout the region. As an architect, I had specific interests that severely limited the homes that I wanted to see and Catherine was more than accommodating to tailor our searches. The strongest endorsement that I can provide is Catherines pulse on the market to make recommendations and tailor the best offer. We made two offers during our search for a home in Richmond and Catherine was the best coach for us on presenting the best offer for each.Furthermore, I enjoyed Catherines critical voice while viewing multiple homes. During the showings, she would not hesitate to mention what she would do better if she were the listing agent. ZillowVERIFIED This was our first home purchase. When I previously thought of real estate agents, a few stereotypes came to mind. Nobody at Linchpin fits those stereotypes. Just the right mix of professional and casual, or cool and academic, they helped us find the right house and I think we all had fun doing it. We were balancing two competing desires: have a house on a lot of land, or be in a cool part of the city, and they were adept at knowing the markets for both of these location types. While we mainly worked with Amy, Catherine spent a whole day with us when a number of houses we were interested in were showing on a day where Amy was unavailable. When there were hiccups with the Seller, Amy was great at being tough and firm with the other agent while staying tactful and fair so that everybody was happy at the end of the day. During our initial meeting, they went over the exact areas we wanted to be in, our budget, and what was reasonable to afford for our "wish list". They always made time to talk, answer questions or show a house during their extremely busy schedules.
