No matter the market you will always get the return and then some when staging a home. I offer staging services at no charge to you with my listing.

I would take many things into consideration including but not limited to the price, location and condition. I know this is a hot market. However, you can still overprice a home. Also, this time of year the market will slight slow down due to graduations, travel, etc. So before someone tells you to reduce the price of your home because there is not much activity, please don't. You need a better reason than that. I have saved my seller thousands of dollars and happy to share with you how I do this.

Absolutely! Your agent should be aware of homes as soon as they hit the market. They should also be reaching out to make sure you are receiving the listings they have sent to you as not everyone is able to check their email throughout the day. In this market, you need to see the home asap. Not days later.

No matter the market, your agent should always have a professional photographer to photos of your home. You never get a second chance at a 1st impression.
