Who pays for repairs?

All Repairs are negotiable between a buyer and a seller. Some items may prevent a buyer being able to purchase the home. This is something you may want to discuss with your realtor to better ascertain which items are in the sellers best interest to resolve.

Does the value of my home affect the commission that I pay?

Commission rates are negotiated. The price of your home does not necessarily affect the commission percentage. In fact, the more assistance an agent needs to provide and higher level of skill your home needs to sell may determine what percentage is negotiated.

The very first step in purchasing a home is speaking with a lender. A lender you trust and have confidence in. Then finding a Realtor that is also dedicated in helping you reach your goals

If I buy now at a high interest rate how soon can I refi?

Interest rates fluctuate daily. Some lenders have no minimum amount of time you must be in your home to refinance. In fact some lenders will reduce your rate just by calling your mortgage company and filling out a few forms. This can save you tremendous amounts of time and money.

How do I get my house listed on the MLS?

The MLS Multiple listing service is a tool/database Realtors use to market homes for sale. You would need to utilize a Realtors services in order to take advantage of the MLS service.
