Bridgette, yes, you can sell any home as-is. If you need assistance on finding out the price and help with the sale I have some contacts who can help you out. Let me know. 518-526-4964
Yes you can Brigette. We typically would disclose this type of sale to potential buyers in our agent & advertising remarks to ensure buyers understand what they are getting into. As-is sales are not uncommon, however buyers that purchase as-is expect some type of discount for the work it may take to get into living condition &/or any other city permits required if your city needs a CO to close.
Selling a Property As-Is can be done. It is usually a bit more difficult since the buyer pool has been reduced since a majority of buyers do not want to make major repairs. With that being said a good Realtor can market the property to investors or DIY home buyers.
I have a Buyer looking to purchase in Rossmoore Development in the Monroe Township area. Welcome to reach out if still interested in selling. Thank you.
