When we were searching for a home back in October of 2018, we had already been searching for a year and a half in the Graham area. Rachel was the only agent that came through for us. We had tried two other agents during that time that kept pushing us to put offers on houses that were over our budget, in a less than ideal area, and not at all what we were looking for in a home. We decided to find a different agent to help us as we were desperate to purchase our first home. We contacted Rachel and she was the most helpful and easy to work with because she cared about what our needs were. She also took the stress out of the search! We finally found our first home in October of 2018. I had told Rachel we wanted to make an offer on it ASAP as the market was extremely competitive back then. She immediately pulled over her vehicle as she had been driving to a showing and put together our offer right then and there. She helped us make an offer that was under asking in a competitive market and we got the home! The home is on over an acre of land, 3 bed & 2 bath. We definitely scored! Rachel showed up to our home on closing day to give us a beautiful housewarming gift and congratulate us. She really made everything so easy for us. She really has a passion for real estate, is knowledgeable, reliable, and friendly. She went above and beyond! A little update: We have since sold that home and have moved to a different state to a larger home on more land. It's our dream home and we wouldn't be where we are now if Rachel hadn't helped us purchase our first home back then. She gave us the knowledge and experience to buy another home.
