When we were searching for a home back in October of 2018, we had already been searching for a year and a half in the Graham area. Rachel was the only agent that came through for us. We had tried two other agents during that time that kept pushing us to put offers on houses that were over our budget, in a less than ideal area, and not at all what we were looking for in a home. We decided to find a different agent to help us as we were desperate to purchase our first home. A little update: We have since sold that home and have moved to a different state to a larger home on more land. Marca was patient and very understanding while guiding me through the entire process of preparing and selling the home of a loved one who had recently passed away.
