I first met Kevin in 2015 when I first moved to the Rome area. I showed up with a loaded Uhaul and needed a place that day. He was able to find the exact property type we wanted to rent and we moved in that evening. He shopped homes with us to buy and was very good with lining out advantages and needs, if any, the home may need. We found a home and he was very helpful in guiding us every step of the way to ensure that we would be ready to close. A few years later, my work moved me to a new location and he wound up buying the home again with other buyers. He was always respectful, courteous, and professional.
