Ayers Realty, LLC

Kevin was such a 5-star agent. More like a friend . His great personality won us over and we knew we had a caring agent. He sold our home the next day!!!!!!!!!! Thanks Kevin. Beverly & Jerry Norton

He makes the process easy and painless. Kevins knowledge of the existing market is excellent and he is well aware of the trends in local housing. He is quick to respond and is always available for help.

Lee is the hardest working and most knowledgeable agent I've ever worked when I needed renovations done to get my property in shape to sell Lee rolled up his sleeve and pulled up old carpet and painted the interior and was responsible for hooking me up with plumbers and floor experts Lee has great communication skills and always keeps you updated I've done numerous real estate transactions and Lee is by far the most professional if you are looking to buy or sell Lee is the man

I wrote a review of Lee Hambys work as a real estate agent in the beginning of 2021. Reflecting back over it half a year later, I regret what I wrote. I really enjoyed working with Lee and know his kindness and thorough knowledge of real estate will win you over. He is a great man with a sharp eye for details. Working with him was a pleasure and I would love for him to be our agent if we bought or sold another house in the states he is licensed in. Thank you Lee, for helping my family move into an amazing home.

Lee found the perfect home for my wife and I on the first try. We told him what we were looking for and he took us to the perfect place. He is responsive, honest and very professional. I would 1000% recommend Lee Hamby to anyone looking to buy their new home.
