James was amazing coming in and telling me exactly what needed to be done in order to sell and get what was needed out of it. James made a couple calls and had contractors in the house the very next Monday. 2 weeks later the house was complete and ready to be staged and on the market. James knows the market and how to make things happen. 48hrs on market and contract was on house! All this while he was extremely professional, friendly and mostly compassionate as I had just lost my dad. His communication is fabulous. Best thing about James he will Always have a recommendation from me.

She will give you great advice and provide great insight with certain properties. I was a difficult client because I am extremely picky and at times now looking back had very unrealistic expectations but she never let me down. She will be in your corner to help and support you during the home buying process. She is an excellent realtor with integrity and care for her clients. James was very professional and informative. He held our hand all the way through the entire process. We were looking to downsize from multiple levels to one-level living. Unfortunately, we ended up having to take our house off the market due to personal family reasons and ended up needing the space for other family members who were displaced. So, even though James didn't get the sale, he still found us the right agency to do a re-finance for us. It all worked out for us and our family during what could have been a bad situation.
