Chris Murray is the Broker/Owner of REMAX Empire Properties and a leader of The Murray Team alongside his wife and business partner, Andrea Murray. With more than 20 years of real estate experience and over 4,000 homes sold throughout their careers, Chris has built an extensive track record representing sellers throughout Riverside County, the Inland Empire and Southern California.

Chris is #1 all-time in home sales in Hemet, #1 all-time in San Jacinto and ranks among the Top 10 agents of all time in Riverside County for listings sold. His career production, local market knowledge and extensive listing experience have made seller representation the foundation of his real estate business.

Chris specializes in residential listings and complex property sales, including traditional home sales, luxury real estate, probate and trust sales, inherited properties, REO and bank-owned homes, HUD properties, short sales, investment properties, 1031 exchanges and distressed real estate. His experience includes working with homeowners, executors, trustees, attorneys, financial institutions, asset managers and investors.

Chris's path into real estate was not typical. Before entering the industry, he was a world-class martial artist and ran a martial arts school that won three national championships. He later trained with The Mike Ferry Organization, where he developed the prospecting, negotiation and market strategy foundation that continues to influence his real estate business today.

After relocating to the Inland Empire in the early 2000s, Chris built his real estate business from the ground up, first in Perris and later establishing deep roots throughout Hemet, San Jacinto and Southwest Riverside County. Today, Chris and Andrea are Broker/Owners of REMAX Empire Properties in Murrieta and lead The Murray Team, serving clients throughout Southern California.

Chris is particularly known for pricing strategy, negotiation and communication. His approach is based on current market data, decades of experience and firsthand knowledge gained from thousands of home sales. For sellers, that means understanding how a property competes in the current market, suggesting a list price based on the available data, developing a marketing strategy and negotiating with the seller's goals in mind.
