ZillowVERIFIED Can't say enough good things about Bob and his entire team. His attention to detail and guidance were bar none. There is no way I would have been able to find my home and get everything to close without his knowledge and legwork on the ground. His extensive experience and long standing residency in the greater Las Vegas area make him the perfect agent to find the home that's right for you. He has my highest endorsement!

ZillowVERIFIED My wife and I decided to move from California to Nevada. We were referred to Nina by our broker. We could not have been happier with level of service and expertise Nina provided us. We wanted to buy a house in Henderson, NV and Nina had the proper knowledge of home valuations, knew the area very well and was always available with any question we had.The market was moving so fast and being out of state, we had to rely on virtual tours to make decisions. Nina was up to the challenge. Every house we wanted to aEURoetouraEUR?, Nina would schedule the tour, go to the house and using FaceTime provide us a tour while describing the house in perfect detail. Relying on Ninas expertise we were able to make a competitive offer and buy a house in the area we wanted and a house that had all the amenities we were looking for. Nina was the best!!! We have seen so many instances where multiple offers are being made on homes in the Henderson area and buyers are having to make an offer well over asking price. Because of Ninas knowledge and professional relationships she has in the area we were able to get our house below asking without having to compete against multiple offers. If you need a realtor, look no further than Nina.

ZillowVERIFIED Honest, thorough, and dependable person who takes clients goals seriously. My husband and I are from the Boston area and like a very specific style of home that's not easy to find in the Vegas area. Tom has been working with us, refining our searches as we continue looking at homes and has been excellent to work with.

ZillowVERIFIED Robert is a friendly and personable realtor. He was always available to answer questions in a thorough and timely manner. He learned what we were looking for after our first visit to Henderson and set up a portal for us to view prospective homes. When we were finally able to make the move, the first house we viewed with him was perfect and it ended up being the home we bought. Robert was patient and kind and was able to balance letting us explore while being there to support us and give us advice when needed. Even though we were living in California, he made the process of buying a home and moving smooth and worry free. We would highly recommend Robert Little if you are looking for a house in the area.

ZillowVERIFIED Robert Little truly is a real estate professional. We were referred by Zillow to pick an agent. We communicated with Robert first by email, then by phone, then in person at our home. We picked him from three other very highly recommended agents. From the first communication with him he was quick to respond and continued to be quick to respond with emails, texts and phone calls throughout the sale of our home. We felt very connected to Robert from the start. We have bought and sold homes 19 homes, Robert is truly the best agent we have had. His knowledge of the process and documentation requirements made it less stressful for us. He also had professional contractors that helped us get the house ready to sell. The contractors were quick to provide services with great prices! Even in these very stressful times, we were able to get a full price offer within 7 days.

ZillowVERIFIED I cant say enough amazing things about Bob Little. Our experience with Bob little was truly exceptional. This was our second time listing with Bob Little and both experiences have been fantastic. Both time he sold our homes within a month of listing. He was extremely responsive to all our questions and made us feel well informed throughout the process. He is knowledgeable, very friendly and easy to work with. He has gone above and beyond with helping us. He is professional and pay attention to small little details. He provides market analysis and comps to help us understand and come up with a reasonable listing price! Bob is truly passionate and his service skill is beyond amazing. ZillowVERIFIED Bob is a 5+ star realtor. He is also a true advocate and partner when you work with him. I had a dream to obtain a property in Lake Las Vegas. I made several trips from my home state to Henderson. Bob was always prepared to show me the various opportunities I could choose. I kept going back to one property in particular. Bob took his time, evaluated the opportunities with me, got to know me and steered me into the direction I truly wanted. So, dreams do come true. And Bob, you could say, is a Dream Maker.

ZillowVERIFIED Bob has helped my wife and I with several real estate transactions over the last decade and I honestly can't imagine having to go through the process with anyone else. Some of our transactions have had difficult situations ( short sales, foreclosures, flaky counterparties, etc. ) but somehow he always makes it look easy. He is always first rate in his knowledge of the market, communication, dependability, and efficiency. Having lived in Henderson for most of his life, He has a great network of contacts in the area that have really made our lives much easier. Bob will always have my highest possible recommendation.

ZillowVERIFIED I had a wonderful experience selling my home with Robert and everyone on his team. From the initial meeting, he was prepared and knowledgeable about my specific area, showing the effort he put into my property before he had met me. He was realistic and receptive to my priorities and viewpoints about timeline and price. He kept me in the loop about how and where my property would be advertised. Photos were taken as soon as I was ready, and the listing went up the same day. I received an offer over asking price within days of listing. Once in contract, he was available to answer my questions and give me a breakdown of what was happening and the documents that were coming my way. He went above and beyond to stay in communication with both the buyers agent and lender all the way through closing. Members of his team were also prompt and courteous when helping me through the process. After the inspection, he helped me tremendously by recommending a reliable and honest handyman to preform some simple repairs. I felt like I could trust that I was not being taken advantage of, and even the handyman who came over spoke highly of Roberts character. Robert has the knowledge of the area and profession to be considered an expert, a team who holds themselves to a high professional standard, and the dependability to make each client feel like they are of the highest priority. Even though I was selling a small condo and not buying (due to leaving the area), I never felt like I was on the back burner, like I have with other realtors. I highly recommend Robert for all of your Las Vegas real estate needs.

ZillowVERIFIED We had the pleasure of having Bob Little as our realtor and from the beginning he made the home buying process easy and as effortless. Since time was not on our side as we had to move out of our rental, when it came time to placing an offer he was great at recommending a bid amount that was fair and aggressive without playing the back and forth game so many people go through. He negotiated things/ repairs that we had no idea we could do. He made the process enjoyable. We would definitely recommend him to our friends and family and will use him again for our next purchase!
