If you want someone who is knowledgeable knows exactly what he is doing this is the place to be at Remax with the Murray Team.. YES we sold our house today!! We moved to Texas before selling our home in California ( big mistake) but with Chris kept me knowing what was going on the entire process. Was a great experience he Never stopped working with us. You get the good & the bad ,but ultimately it all worked out and we are finished. If you want to sell or buy a home this is the team you want to go to. Being an out-of-state landlord for 14 years presents several unique problems when it came time to sell. We knew the house was not in the shape we left it in and would require lots of work to get it back in shape. Chris arranged to have a contractor on-site at our initial meeting in March and we laid out a time line to complete all necessary repairs and upgrades early. The house went up for sale a week before Mother's Day and had a full price offer in 17 days with a 35 day escrow. Do I have any complaints? Absolutely NOT, Everything was handled remotely and any issues that arose were handled swiftly by Chris and his team.
