I was on the opposite side of the table as Lamar. I was a private seller (for sale by owner) listing my house and Lamar was the buyers agent. He along with many other local realtors showed my house the 5 days it was on the market. Lamar was absolutely the kindest and most pleasant realtor we worked with that week. The selling process was a breeze and he was happy to answer any of my questions. It was a pleasure to work with him. Weve told many of our friends and hope we have sent him some referrals. Tiffiney was amazing, my husband and I are Military and our rental lease was coming to an end, with the rental market we decided to buy. Tiffiney helped us through the whole process, me being new to the US market and this being my husbands first home it was nice to know she had our best interest at the forefront. If we gave her houses to look at and she didn't think it was a good area or the house wasn't worth what they were asking for, she let us know. We worked with VA Loans and they weren't the best and were rarely available so we leaned on her for the support and she was gracious about it.
