Mandy was a great realtor for our purchase of our new home. She was able to help us while we were out-of-state and was very understanding of our time differences. Despite this she helped us to maneuver through the house buying process with without any major issues. She has a lot of local connections to deal with inspections and home repairs to help close your loan on time. I was glad for that as our financing was very dependent on closing on time. VA Loan friendly and knowledgeable. She also has a very good team on her side with the realty office she works for. Her reality office really stepped up when Mandy was unable due to a brief illness during our buying process. The last thing I have was that I would have given her 5 stars with her Negotiation skills but due to the hot housing market where we purchased, offers for desired housing in the area have been on the high side and counter offers have been rare. She did help us after a great deal of due diligence on our part to close on our house with a better than expected closing price. She is very personable and I highly recommend her.
