Weve dealt with over a dozen realtors in the past 40 years and Charlotte is the very best weve seen. From the beginning she was accommodating, knowledgeable about the area, the markets, dealing with other realtors and the process for both negotiation and closing. With the Covid restrictions we were having a hard time finding a place to stay when we visited to look at houses. Charlotte arranged for a rental RV at a very low price and found us a spot to hookup for the three-day stay.. brilliant ideas. Charlotte also came to the rescue when we were struck traveling with no access to good internet or printers. She found a way to digitize all we were trying to print and helped us complete the paperwork in plenty of time.. it must have taken her hours to do so.. she really leads the pack wrt customer support.
