Svetlana was an absolute pleasure to work with on the sale of my home She took a stressful situation and made it wonderful I am so glad that I had her to work with and represent my home

Working with Lana was an amazing experience! She is very professional, knowledgeable, patient, and always available to answer my question . She made my buying process was pretty smooth and less stressful. I highly recommend Svetlana to anyone who needs help with buying or selling houses .

I just closed on my first home in Danbury, and Svetlana made the entire process so smooth. I honestly thought buying a house would be a huge headache, but shes very down-to-earth and really knows the Danbury area inside and out. She was always honest with me, never pushy, and always got back to me right away whenever I had a question. If you want a realtor who actually has your back and keeps things stress-free, Svetlana is the one. 10/10 recommend!

I can't say enough good things about Kelley and Svetlana. They sold our neighbor across the street house so when I decided to sell mine they were one of the realtors I called. I am so glad I did. They suggested an asking price that was well above what I was thinking. The house went on the market in late February and was under contract in less than a week at $30,000 above asking. Kelley and Svetlana were with every step of the way, helping with estate sale vendors and staging companies and everything else I needed. We closed the sale last week and I'm super happy. If you want the best realtor's in Danbury to sell your house look no further than Kelley and Svetlana.

She is incredibly professional and patient. She spent six months taking us to view numerous properties; even though we were quite particularaEUR"after all, this was our first homeaEUR"she never once showed any sign of frustration and tirelessly worked to meet our needs. Thank you, Lana, for helping us find our dream home! We later introduced a friend to Lana, and they closed a deal very quicklyaEUR"in just about two months. My friends family speaks highly of Lana and is very grateful that I introduced them.
