She's full of good ideas and helpful recommendations -- I found people I still work with through her. She's very hard working, and I honestly don't know how she does it! However, I call Kelley THE MVP of this team, because despite how bleak it appeared at times she remained consistent and determined to help us find our home. We didnt get the initial listing that we saw, but was blessed to close on another unit with the exact floor plan in the same community on November 23, 2020. Reading the resumes and reviews of one Broker after another searching for that one person that could make the difference between success and failure in the selling and/or buying of your home.We were downsizing and for a number of financial reasons we decided to move from New York to Connecticut. But not knowing much about the area we really needed the help and support of a solid knowledgeable Broker. And then we came upon Kelleys profile and all the amazing 5 star reviews she received from her clients. Yes, at first we were a bit skeptical. I mean, just listen to some of the words people used to describe Kelley; one of a kind, tremendous, amazing, honest, responsive, etc., etc. and how could someone so young win all those awards, i.e. Top Producer, #1 Selling Agent, Top 5 in Closed Units, etc., etc. Well, after working with Kelley for just a very brief amount of time (she found the perfect home for us in no time and helped and guided us every step of the way to closing) I can tell you that every single word found in those reviews which were used to describe Kelley are completely accurate. There are no exaggerations, no hyperboles and no embellishments whatsoever. Kelley is all that and more!However, the reviews do neglect to mention one very important point which is likely the reason behind all the good things you read about Kelley. When you have Kelley as your Broker you have an expert in your corner. Now, many people claim to be an expert at what they do but usually they fall short in one aspect or another but not KelleyaEUR|..Kelley is truly an expert when it comes to the buying and selling of real estate. She helped us find the right house in the right town to meet our needs and budget. Fast forward 8 years and we had outgrown that same house. Kelley helped us get that house back on the market, and eventually sold. Once again, she was calm and patient through the very anxiety provoking process. Several of our friends have used Kelley to buy/sell their homes as well. Our new house is hopefully our last real estate purchase for a long time, but we'd use her again and recommend Kelley to anyone!
