ZillowVERIFIED I just closed on my first home in Danbury, and Svetlana made the entire process so smooth. I honestly thought buying a house would be a huge headache, but shes very down-to-earth and really knows the Danbury area inside and out. She was always honest with me, never pushy, and always got back to me right away whenever I had a question. If you want a realtor who actually has your back and keeps things stress-free, Svetlana is the one. 10/10 recommend!

ZillowVERIFIED Svetlana was very helpful from the moment we met! She is very warm and inviting. My partner and I only saw two houses before we found the right house for us. We were new to the area, and Svetlana helped us better understand the different neighborhoods. She quickly knew what we were looking for and helped us execute that! During the buying process, I felt very comfortable reaching out to Svetlana with any questions; she helped me stay organized for our next steps. She is always easy to get in touch with! Svetlana also helped us navigate how to negotiate with the sellers without losing the deal. There were several other offers on our house, and we were blessed to have our offer accepted. We were very fortunate to work with Svetlana and her team. The buying process seemed much simpler than we anticipated. She has many connections in the community, and she helped us get set up quickly! We feel lucky to have a connection with Svetlana, and we look forward to working with her in the future.

ZillowVERIFIED My husband and I were very fortunate to have met Svetlana and have her as our real estate agent. We were inexperienced in the process of purchasing a home, as we were first time homebuyers. She always answered our calls and responded quickly to our text messages. She respected our budget and our needs and wants for a home. She was very knowledgeable about the local market and about the different neighborhoods we were interested in. She worked diligently to find us a house, she never gave up on us. It took us 2 years to find the house of our dreams. She gave us the best referrals, from our mortgage broker, inspectors, lawyer and contractor. She made the home buying process so much smoother for us. I would definitely refer her to anyone looking for a home.

ZillowVERIFIED I was referred to Svetlana by my coworker whom she helped find a beautiful home a year ago. From the very first time that I spoke to Svetlana, she assured me that she was going to help my family and I find a home that we would truly be happy with. She was right. I was not even looking to move in CT. I was searching in NY for a very long time. The very first homes that she took us to see were just exceptional. Svetlana really listened to our interests and showed us only what we would fall in love with! She never wasted our time by showing us homes we would not like. At some point, it became very difficult to choose because many of the homes we saw were amazing. She was always very patient and told us to really think it through before making a decision. Today, my family and I own a beautiful home because of Svetlana's amazing guidance!! I would not hesitate to refer my friends, family, or anyone who's in the process of searching for a home. She's knowledgeable and pleasant to work with.

ZillowVERIFIED Relocation for work required a move from out of state to Connecticut. Thanks to Svetlana, the move could not have gone better. We had limited time to identify a home and her local knowledge was instrumental in helping us maximize our time. We communicated regularly via email and provided a wish list of our priorities. She took this and steered us to places that fit our needs and helped us avoid options that didnt check all our boxes. We found many interesting houses online and her feedback was spot on in every instance regarding the pros and cons of each selection. In the end she led us to a property that we hadnt been able to identify on our own. For our family, it was the perfect combination of location and layout. We literally found exactly what we were looking for and it would not have been possible without her. We met Svetlana through a very positive referral from a work colleague. I now understand why she was so highly recommended and you can be sure I will be sharing her contact details with anyone looking for a great real estate agent.!

ZillowVERIFIED I'm now living in my dreams home thanks to Svetlana. My wife and I were a little confused and all over the place at times... Svetlana kept us focused and always steered us in the right direction. No matter what time of day it was, if there was a house we wanted to see, she made it happen. Once we found the perfect house for our family, she not only negotiated a lower price but she got it for the price we wanted! She is very determined and confident in when she does. ZillowVERIFIED My family worked with Svetlana for over two years during our house search. She was extremely helpful throughout the whole process and gave us countless valuable insights into the house buying process. Svetlana kept her eyes out for houses that met our preferences and continued to keep us posted throughout the entire process. She was more than happy to show us every house we were interested even if she knew a particular house just wasn't for us. She did so with enthusiasm and never once was she impatient or annoyed. Additionally, Svetlana was always prompt in responding-regardless of the time of day or even if she was away on vacation. I would highly recommend Svetlana to anyone looking for a realtor.
