As first-time homebuyers, whenever we had a question about how the homebuying process worked we turned to Lisa first and she always had an answer or connection. We would recommend Lisa to anyone in the process of buying or selling without a second's hesitation and will surely be working with her and her team again for any future sales or buys of our own.

Our house hunting journey started with Hope. I'm not talking about the feeling of hope (which was difficult to conjure in the 2021/22 housing market), I'm talking about Hope Mazzola, or aEURoeSaint HopeaEUR? as I often referred to her as. It began with an email from her with a link to the house of our dreams, a needle in a haystack if you will. The current housing market is not favorable to buyers but if you have someone on your side who will fight for you to make sure you get the house you want, Hope is the one to make those dreams come true. We were up against multiple offers and Hope was determined to work with the seller's agent to offer the best deal while ensuring we dont pay more than we should. Once our offer was accepted, we faced another pitfall of the seller needing to finish work at the house before we can sign the contract. With a pending rise in interest rates along with a baby on the way, we were up against the clock. Hope pulled out all the stops, reached out to her contacts, flexed her negotiating skills, and got us the keys to our new house in a timely manner. She made herself available to us as if she had no other clients, which was far from the truth. If you are lucky enough to work with Hope, you know you will have an agent that has your best interest at heart. Someone who doesnt stop working for you - even after the closing. She has been an invaluable resource for anything home-related and helped us (former city-dwellers) get situated and settled into our new home with ease, and even prepared a beautiful "welcome home" gift package for us. I cant say enough good things about Hope, but will end it with the following statement: There is no way my husband and I would have gotten our house without Hope. She is a saint! #YouGottaHaveHope
