We first met Carolyn by chance about five years ago when she was a listing agent showing us a house. Although we didnt buy that house, we felt so comfortable from meeting her that one time, that we enlisted her help in buying our first home. As first time home buyers, we were quite nervous about the whole process but Jeff and Carolyn were great at guiding us through the whole process. The real estate landscape was quite tumultuous when we first started looking at homes, and Jeff and Carolyn were very patient with us. They walked us through and educated us about the whole process and always made sure we were comfortable about everything. They are hardworking, honest, and trustworthy people. We were so pleased with their service, that when it was time to relocate to another city, we asked for their help in selling our house . With our busy schedules and young kids, they always bent over backwards to help us with the little things during the process, and even AFTER we had closed - from helping us with finding an electrician, filling out forms for the city, utilities, you name it. We cannot speak highly enough of them, and would recommend them to anyone buying/selling a house. You get a great team with Jeff and Carolyn and you best of all, you get the combined knowledge and expertise of two great realtors!

28 years ago I purchased my home from Carolyn Collins at Century 21 Collins. As successor of my parents trust, the house they had together was to be put up for sale. Without hesitation I returned to Century 21 Collins were, I met her husband Jeff Carroll and Carolyn Collins-Carroll again. Together Carolyn and Jeff made a difficult process go very smooth. Their professionalism attention to details and extra effort put forth is outstanding. Any issues that arose, and there were some with the buyers agent, both Carolyn and Jeff had it corrected and resolved quickly. This team of Carolyn and Jeff kept me updated, informed and prepared for closing. If you are looking for professional realtors I absolutely recommend this team.
