Wallenpaupack Realty

My husband and I just purchased a home in Masthope. We had an outstanding experience working with our real estate agent Alicia Kowalik who represented us as our buying agent but was also the listing agent. From start to finish, the entire process was handled with professionalism, knowledge, and genuine care. Alicias attention to detail, strong negotiation skills, and dedication to our best interests truly stood out. We always felt like a priority and appreciated her honesty, patience with me ;) and guidance throughout the entire process. We highly recommend Alicia to anyone looking to buy or sell a home in PA. We cant thank her enough for making this such a positive experienceaEUR"we couldnt be happier!

Jessica was fantastic! She was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and understanding throughout the whole process. Since this was our first home, she guided us from beginning to end with everything. We had a less-than-stellar experience with a previous agent, and she really helped ease our anxiety from the start. Jessica was incredibly understanding when one of the houses we looked at didnt quite work out; she never made us feel like we were wasting her time. When we had questions, she was quick to answer and didnt make us feel uncomfortable asking (even the dumb ones, we didnt know what an earnest payment was, for example). When we were dealing with a mortgage company that was rude (BOA was very pushy and cryptic when we asked questions), she connected us with loan officer Ryan, who was incredibly helpful and who we ultimately chose for our loan. And when our offer was accepted, she put us in touch with inspector Chris, who was able to do the inspection right away at a very reasonable price. If you ever get the chance to work with her, we highly recommend you take it. Excepting her call was the best decision we could have ever made.

It was a great experience having Jessica represent us in our search for a vacation home in the Lake Wallenpaupack area. She is extremely professional, knowledgeable, and patient. Jessica was quick to respond to answer our questions and was extremely accommodating to our schedule for home viewings. From beginning to end, we had the experience that she always had our back and made the entire process smooth, enjoyable, and quick to close.

Jessica did a fantastic job assisting me with the purchase of my vacation home. she was likely the only reason it closed. while I was busy working she never stopped working to contact my lender on my behalf to help move the process along. This will be the 4th home I have purchased and I can say it was the most difficult process out of all of them except for the hard work of Jessica. even after the closing she has helped with things she didn't need to. from recommending local professionals to help with property management to local restaurants that would make a picky professional fat guy happy. she did such a great job that I will likely purchase another property in the area. I will no doubt call upon her expertise to facilitate the process. Thanks again Jessica

Jessica took her time with us and made it so easy for us to understand the Contract and Closing process. She always responded quickly with anything and anything we asked of her and went above and beyond to help us.
